1. In the Control Panel's menu on the left, click on Users
2. Find the user inside the table, and click on User Features
3. Select the Call Forwarding option
4. Change the Call Forwarding Setting to On
5. You can select to forward calls to a Desk Phone or a Mobile Phone, and type out the phone number below
6. Click Save Changes when you're done.
Note: You will see a yellow arrow under the User Features, this means the Call Forward is active
